Recently married, Amanda and her husband reside in the Lancaster area. She comes to ACTS with over eight years of experience in I/DD and Autism residential services. She loves meeting new people, and will do whatever it takes to advocate for our patients. When not at the office she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family, pets, and friends.
Elle is currently attending Millersville University in Lancaster, PA studying Sociology. She has worked at the University in the Communications and Theatre Office as an administrative assistance since 2015. Elle comes to ACTS with exceptional customer service and a contagious smile. Elle is here to help in anyway that she can to make your experience at ACTS a positive one. When she is not here helping clients, Elle enjoys playing soccer.
Michelle is originally from the Carolina's and has been in Pennsylvania for over 20 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Post University, CT. Michelle has worked in the administrative side of the healthcare field for most of her adult life. She performed all the insurance and patient billing in her former husband’s Chiropractic office, as well as worked for a medical billing facility. When not in the office, Michelle is busy with her family. Michelle is a friendly, caring and people-oriented individual who understands that the patient comes first. She is here to help with any questions you may have.
Kristy received her bachelor's degree in health management from the University of Pittsburgh while obtaining her dental hygiene degree at the School of Dental Medicine. Kristy is also certified as a Biofeedback and Neurofeedback practitioner. Being the wife of Dr. Lucas, she has made it her personal goal to not only support her husband, but to ensure that the practice is successful in helping the families and children that our clinicians positively impact everyday. When she is not at the practice, she enjoys taking care of their three beautiful girls, as they keep the family lively and full of laughter.
